Return Policy


1.1 IPTV Wizard allows you to return any physical order within 28 days of purchase, but only if the cancellation request is received within 14 days of receiving your order.

1.2 If you think your order maybe faulty you should 1st contact us by email and describe the fault in detail, with images if possible.

1.3 If, after receiving your order and within 14 day you decide you no longer require the item you must return it back in the same condition as received with all original packaging, failure to do so can result in a 35% handling fee.

1.4 For digital or virtual delivery products sent by email such as activation subscriptions, we will issue refunds but will deduct the cost for the days the activation has been used/activated. e.g. If a 9.99€ 1 month or 30 day activation is used for 7 days, we will refund you 7.66€, which will be 9.99€ less 2.33€ which is calculated at 0.333c per day

1.5 If your complaint is about service or channel not available, this cannot be taken into account as reason to return. The IPTV service can be updated & channels can be changed at any time by our provider so we urge you to continue and do not renew when your subscription expires.

1.6 Any refund claim, whether or not Video Proof is provided, must be made less than 14 days after the delivery date of the order. We will not investigate or refund any claims made after this period.
